Dr. Melanie Roca

Dr. Roca developed a deep love for animals during visits to her family in Peru, where her passion for veterinary medicine first began. She earned her undergraduate degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences and a minor in Spanish from The Pennsylvania State University in 2021. There, she gained hands-on experience working with pigs and cows, and even traveled to Belize to provide veterinary care to underserved communities and their pets.

She went on to receive her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Ohio State University in 2025. Originally from West Hartford, Connecticut, Dr. Roca is excited to begin her veterinary career back in her home state, caring for the pets and families in her own community.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys cooking, traveling and going to the beach.
