Meet Our Staff
Jeanne Day, Practice Manager
Jeanne Day joined our
staff in 1997. Within a few short years Jeanne had worked and excelled
in every department of the practice. This experience
gave her an appreciation for the importance of everyone working
as a team towards a common goal – to deliver the best care
to our clients and patients as possible. As her talents grew
so did her responsibilities.
She spent a number of years as our office manager. She learned
during this time how to lead a team and be a resource of strength
for others
to rely on.
Jeanne’s role today is to oversee the entire daily operations
of the practice. She is critical to the practice success and growth.
She achieves this by anticipating the needs of clients and staff and
then planning for a successful outcome. Jeanne’s various studies
in business management, accounting and computer science has given
her a strong foundation for her current role at SRAH. She is a wiz
at fixing
our computer system. This is no small accomplishment given the
extensive computer technology we invested in to run the practice. She
also handles
all our human resource requirements for over 45 employees. This
includes everything from health benefits, to pension enrollment.
Above all Jeanne role is to be a client advocate. She wants our clients
to experience the very best customer service and patient care possible.

In her free time, Jeanne’s passion is showing dogs, both professionally
as a handler, and also her own, Portuguese water dog, “Oliver”.
In addition to Oliver, Jeanne’s family includes her husband Danny,
bulldog “Guss”and two cats. Jeanne and Danny enjoy attending
plays, hiking, biking and spending time with their pets.
